If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can initiate the return pickup via our website by paying the return pickup charges of Rs. 150. 

Returns

If your item(s) has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and is within our 7-day return period, you can place a return request through the following link: https://spinntales.com/my-account/

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced, your request will be processed within 2-3 working days, and your refund will be issued within 2 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and is within our 7-day exchange period, you can place an exchange request through the following link: https://spinntales.com/my-account/

Once we receive your return item(s) and our backend team has inspected it, we will send you an email to confirm the same. Our backend team will be able to ship your exchange upon receiving your return, and you’ll receive the tracking ID via email.

Items can be exchanged only once after receiving the order. If you notice any damage in the products, kindly share an unboxing video of the package at the time of delivery, to prove the claim.
